Mayo Clinic welcomes Salus, based in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, as the first member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Salus, an outpatient physician group practice, was founded in 2000 to provide local residents and visitors the opportunity
to obtain a wide selection of health services within the same physical structure, supported by a shared electronic medical record.
Salus currently has more than 30 specialties, including access to laboratory services, an imaging center and a pharmacy — all under one roof.
