I was very disappointed with Mayo. we came all the way from California to Minnesota, finding that the assigned doctor didn't even bothered to read my son medical history and in the first 3 min he told us he cannot help us and he has never read his report. On top of that, the assigned doctor told us his secretary has made the appointment for him. Very unusual that a secretary can make a decision for medical visits. Very angry, sad and most of all very disappointed the way system failed and caused us our time, our money and the most emotionally upset.
