Dallas, Texas — Mayo Clinic was asked by CNN to be a part of Fit Nation 2008. The Fit Nation tour kicked off today in Dallas, Texas, and will make stops in Seattle, Wash., Minneapolis, Minn., Columbus, Ohio, and Buffalo, N.Y.
Below is video of Tiffany Christensen from Mayo Clinic’s Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center doing a cardiobox demonstration. Mayo will provide fitness/wellness experts and a physician at the Fit Nation tour stops.
